Seastel Marine System (Shanghai) provided the adjustable free-surface anti-rolling tank for PSV "Xin Run 3" commissioned this year by Zhejiang Xin Run Shipping Company. During the operation route from April 26th to May 6th 2014, Seastel Marine conducted the full-scale anti-rolling tests in seaway.

Through the rolling data comparison under ART On and ART Off conditions, the following conclusions are obtained firmly.

• The anti-rolling effect in Sea State 3 is about 41%, with the average double rolling amplitude decreased from 7.1° to 4.2°;

• The anti-rolling effect in Sea State 4~5 is about 25%, with the average double rolling amplitude decreased from 17.5° to 13.2°;

• The water volume in ART is only 1.4% of total displacement volume, which possesses high efficiency.
